Ryanair and Duolingo have both adopted a personality on social media. It's scary to nail yourself down to one personality, but it's required if you're going to get traction in social media. Most businesses haven't got the grips with social media; they've never been able to do it. So there's going to become this point where even boring faces aren't good enough for marketing teams.
