Christopher was the architect behind the idea around this, he wanted to discuss developer burnout. Christopher: I think no matter if it's a startup or just a smaller company in general, whether you're one of the co-founders or one of the shareholders of the company, I think at least also in my own experience, you have to wear many different hats and take on more responsibility than I develop in a larger company.
