Do You Think GPT Three Is Conscious?

GPT just came out a couple of days ago and it's been getting quite a lot of traction on the internet. Do you think GPT three is conscious? I think that that's an important question to ask. Whether it's whether it's conscious or not depends on your understanding of consciousness, which for most people is very vague. QRI works on understanding these questions from a pretty non-orthodox approach.
