Pearl Hart: A Lady Criminal
Pearl Hart was born Lily Naomi Davies on April 19th, 1871 in the lumber community of Lindsay in Ontario, Canada. Her father Albert Davies was a violent alcoholic who likely abused his wife and daughters. Compounded by having a household of nine children, the family struggled to make ends meet. Whether she was the first or last woman to rob a stagecoast Pearl was one of the most infamous lady criminals of and she's like a western legend.
