If you have not done any neck training, it's very easy to do. Lie on your back, lift your head off the ground, turn your head side to side. Try and do 50 yeses, 50 nose. You will feel your neck working. The next step which we had talked about is people jump straight to wrestlers' bridge. So if you can stabilize like a 30 second bridge just with your feet just off the wall, you can then turn, lean your forehead against the wall and just walk your feet back a little bit and lean in.
