There is more than 2% inflation, well we don't know what the real number is because the cost of living is such a badly calculated index. The CPI has been constructed so that it's very difficult for show any inflation. And I can certainly see why it could pick up some steam and if it does, then the Fed has got a real problem. That's how they wind up losing the bond market.
