We're living in incredibly stressfull times at the moment. One thing i don't think ople still quite fully understand is how intimately our stress levels are linked with the way that we breathe. By working on your breath, not for hours a day, just a few simple things, you can actually start to change your biology. You can watch your blood pressure go down ten or 15 points. I've seen mine even go down 20 points, if i went from a state of being stressed to controlling my breathing and destressing myself through those means.
