Are You Putting Your People First?

I'm a big believer that if leadership takes care of their managers, and managers take care of their employees, then it always hits the guests. I don't think there's any magic to taking care of your people. And it happens naturally. It's a trickle down effect. But to build those ego systems and make those changes, you know, for us, the company i'm working for, bartaka, we're doing a lot of really wonderful things for our people. During the pendemic, miny, restaurant n hospitality industries cut back pay and furlowed employees and cut back benefits. We didn't do any of those things, which is what intrigued me to actually work for
