I feel like in training, you know, I'm almost grateful that I got hurt pretty then bad, pretty soon. And if you go longer, it's kind of like boxing, right? You do dumb shit for longer. The list of what was okay before, none of that's on the list later. We have a responsibility as professionals to help people to not injure themselves. That means exercise, exercise selection becomes really, really important.
