I've Been to the Gym

I struggle to find that forty five minute, one hour period where i can go to the gim let's say, and have a workout. I'm always doing little workout, two minutes here, two minutes there. You know, i squat every day with the quids body wait,. squats while we're waiting for dinner is likehae. So my goal and your goal is to try and simplify things to people and try and inspire them. And so you can do this. One strategy us is every hour i will set, i have an alarm on my and his watch, and it will just ping to say, you need to move.
