CHAPTER

How to Make a Mouse or Human Embryosis

To make a mouse or human embryo, we need not only the cells that make the growing body perse, but we also need cells that make structures that connect the developing body of the embryo to the mother. So many pre ancies fail because such extra embronic stractures don't develop properly. We spend more than ten years developing a system that will allow us to take stem cells that grow in culture for embryonic tissues and also extra embryonic tissues, and put them together to make a embryomode. It's a life model of the embryo that can really address the question why it is that so many pregnancies are failing.
