In-cell stands for involuntary celibate, and it can be understood as largely online subculture community of men who form a strong sense of identity around their perceived inability to form sexual or romantic relationships. Incells believe in something called the Black Pill, which is a derivative of the concept of the Red Pill from the movie The Matrix. They're very bleak about their chances, they believe that there is nothing they could ever do to improve their romance prospects.
