How to Teach Sexual Education in Schools?

How can you teach sexual education without there being sexual education in the content I think that is a cultural hurdle that we need to figure out like how to overcome. More conversations need to take place day to day open conversations for example for my part I talk about menstrual health and menstruation very openly amongst everyone just as a way to remove any discomfort.
