I Love That You Can Only Bring the Viewer So Far, Right?

Tyler imean: I love that you can only bring the viewer so far, right? Sometimes it can be a very rich experience because the reader has to do a little bit more work. You're presented with an image, and it starts to work on your mind on none of those levels, actually. It starts to working on a subconscious level, on a visceral level. This isn't a didactic experience when some one comes into contact with my images. That idea of beauty is sort of under recorded in a lot of contemporary work, isn't it?
