The President of the United States, Harry Truman's Speech

President truman was involved in the final drafts of the speech, but it was put together by a small army of diplomats, aides and politicians. Some historians have suggested it was really more their speech than it was truman's. Denis: This is his speech to say that the united states must firmly reject isolationism.
