Professor eric tmoyne: I can't see what's innovativ about digitalcurrences in the first place. The idea that central banks might get involved in the monetory system goes back to everything we've been talking of, howh its when we understand what money as we know it actually is - which is a government policy tool. But again, you have had responde like western unions, and maybe not western unon, but others have provided a service of transferring funds all over the world at quite low cost, and very quickly too. And i think fartal institutions have caught up on that and have improved their game on this.
