Keep a very close relationship with your valued clients. Have the right sustaining relations that's the first and the second thing is, who has the access to them in a way that is so influential. How do you price your services? Is it a percentage of their annual salary? And can i ask roughly what the percentages are? It's a 12 %, locally 18%.
