Trifi: I think it's easy to say that there is a strategy statement, and great everybody understands it. But what i've seen is that often they can be very ambiguous,. And so you'll find that people are misinterpreting words in the strategy di. So wen went through a process wer we actually redefined the strategy and said, we are community first. That re balanced the resources and the efforts of the organize on. It really forced us to sit down and say, will ok, within the context of that, what are the things that we need to be building in order to achieve that vision?
