I like to observe how a guy acts in social situations. I'll usually wait for an opportunity to crack a joke or make some witty remark. If you laugh at it, that's a good sign. If he doesn't, not a good sign, straightforward. Oh man, there are times where I'll make a joke and it just totally bombs. And it just doesn't land well. It happens. Like you just find something to talk about.
