How to Parse HTML From the Internet
A beautiful soup is definitely my go to for parsing that information. So initially with using requests, you're setting up this ability to grab via a request, get the body of the web page itself. And then from there, that's when you start to figure out how to parse it and kind of go through it. The real fun begins because developing strategies and trying to figure out exactly how to get that one piece of text that you want.

Kimberly is a Senior Data Scientist at Metis Data Science Bootcamp in New York City. She holds a Ph.D. in applied mathematics. We talk about her switch from academia to data science, and discuss her passion for data storytelling and visualizations.
