meditation is, alongside alchemy and astrology, the oldest science on this planet. At the right time, for the right person, any one of them can be effective. If you want to comprehend the mantre, you have to leave your body behind. Comprehension does not come from the five senses. People don't really learn to meditate. They learn to sit in a certain posture, but they don't abandon the body. This is obvious. Therefore, what i am expressing in this lecture are principles of meditation.
