I want to talk about some myths that are no longer true about leadership. What ere some a miths about great leadership that just don't hold water any longer? I use the line from jim collins in good degree, which i mean, incredible book. It's on my bookshelves. And he uses that phrase that before you start worrying about the what, you got to worry about the who. That you got to figure out who's on the bus.
