The Pervasiveness of Narcissism in Relationships

Narcissistic personality disorder is rooted in early injury, more likely pre-verbal injury. It's actually very reactive versus active. We're going to see grandiosity, a sense of self-importance that goes beyond any neurotypical or even egocentric person. Their thoughts may not be reality-based and incredibly grandiose. There's an absence of genuine remorse or guilt.
