Jamie Foxx told a story one time that's really interesting. He said he, he, he got on a plane one time and looked in the cockpit and there was an African American gentleman and then a woman. So it is kind of interesting that it, yeah. It helps you not just in terms of your own decision making processes, but it also helps you when it comes to trying to break through that bias in somebody else.
