When people get to a certain point in leadership. Do you see them. Forgetting certain key pieces that could help them motivate others? They're often promoted without any leadership training. And really all they want to do is keep doing what they do well. But that's usually not the job description. Usually the job description is now you have to help all these people. You have to help them do it well. So there's often just a huge gap for the leader in finding their way. It's one reason I'm such a believer in the power of a leader getting.
