The Rise of Temporary Office Spaces

There are a couple of really big companies. like, I won't name them because they should sponsor us before we'll name them. But there are a few big companies that are setting up in London and all over the place that are doing this stuff. Like, and at a huge degree, like buying multiple floors of brand new office buildings. So many, many of these places will then also try to upsell some of their chair opportunities as offices. It's interesting to see this sort of change.
