What Will the High Court See Appeal?

The competition commission of India faced and continues to face quite seriously because its procedure is not absolutely clear. This is again a quote unquote board. We don't know whether there will be legally trained persons on the board. If we have appeals to the high court then either from the tribunal which is like a solid quasi judicial body where both parties make there is a CSF set a set of procedural laws that are findings of fact and so on and so forth. Those are not trivial matters when you are talking about designing the rights of parties. There needs to be some serious person on this board who understands all of this and decides this. I mean not to say they are bad at their jobs it
