The Importance of Debates

In 2016, after the third debate, there were articles written. that if you if you took all of the snap debate polls from the three Clinton Trump debates, it was the most lopsided set of polls ever seen in presidential debates. I think back to 1984 Reagan, Mondale, first Reagan, Mondal debate and he went blank. The only thing that went wrong for Ronald Reagan in this otherwise textbook reelection campaign was he went blank at 73 years old.
