There was a business in Burbank that got taken away from the owners because they stayed open during the second lockdown of COVID. They left their patio open and it wasn't any kind of like political f u or anything like that. The city built a 10-foot barbed wire wall around the business to deter people from going inside. It became personal for the owner Lucas LaPagian who would break through the doors every time he would open it back up.
