Bob Greene was convicted of four counts of violating corporations code section 25110 in October 2003. The California Corporation's Code 25110 deals with basically securities fraud according to investopedia.com. A securities fraud is a type of fraud that includes Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes and late-day trading. It also can also include providing false information, pump and dump schemes, insider trading on insider info.
