How Do You Leverage Your Mindfulness Practice With Writing?

Ruth Ben-Ghiat: You have a formal, some sort of discipline around your mindfulness practice. But I also know that you lead retreats that kind of interweave the two. So do you leverage writing as part of your mindfulness practice in addition to the formal writing discipline? She says there's so much overlap.Ben-Ghiats: My formal practice is pretty similar every day, seven days a week. And when I'm working with folks who do more journaling, who, you know, do more writing for themselves, I sort of alter some of those. That helps them get a lot of that emotion down on paper and figure out what exactly they're feeling
