The Impact of Work Pays on the Company
I think what has happened with work pays is that we have grown from being a 40 person company about six months before I joined to an 80 month person. And when you need more hierarchy in place and better structures in place, that also then becomes a lot more difficult. So no, I don't think it's so much that work piece is very different. I think it's I personally underestimated the challenge that such big growth would bring.
