Boeing was just testing a bunch of planes that dump poop in the sky. Another popular theory: The blobs were actually pieces of jellyfish. It must have been the biggest school of jellyfish ever with an explosion so massive it pelled it over. There have been times where fish have rained from the sky. This is oddly familiar.
