I think for a lot of folks, there's almost this indoctrination where it's like I need to be super gung ho about things I don't even believe in because that's just what it means to be a manager. And being in that middle management position or in that you're in that middle man sort of position, that's a really sucky position to be in. So I have a lot of empathy and sympathy for people who are in this position. When you work in an anti oppressive and trauma informed way, one thing to consider is how to conceptualize the system. The system is broken. You yourself as one individual are probably not going to change the whole system. Right
