How do you think about content, channel fit, or content user fit? You first start by understanding where your audience is spending time. If I go to Facebook groups right now and I type in Shopify entrepreneurs, I'm probably going to find a group with 100,000 entrepreneurs who are interested in Shopify. That is channel user fit. The next step is to look at the top five influencers on LinkedIn that are in the marketing space. And I'm going to look for a trend that shows me that certain types of content are more likely to resonate than others.
How do you consistently create content that converts? Ross Simmonds is one of the best content marketers out there and he’s ready to share the secret sauce.
Ross is CEO at Foundation Marketing, the content marketing firm that helps B2B brands plan, create & distribute content that shapes culture.
