The Best Type of Exercise for Improved Gut Health

The most benefit occurred with walking three times per week for a duration of between 45 and 60 minutes. This tells us we can do aerobic or moderate to high intensity of any form and we'll see benefit. But there's this reoccurring theme that there seems to be a threshold we need to hit. It's not huge. Many of the studies are finding around 45 to 16 minutes is kind of the sweet spot.
