Return to Work

This is a great time, not only because of it's a return back to work, but also it's an opportunity. It is an employees playing field, and employers need the right people right now. Audre: A lot women returners who come for our programme their financial need is secondary. Its i want challenge. I want human connection that isn't just my kids or my children friends parents. And i would say the third is just timing. D now there's a fourth. The pandemic is over, and now i can return to work because my child care is accessible and my kid schools are open.
