The Importance of Regenerative Agriculture
Ranchers typically reply on something called compensatory gain. And so there's a lot of times a year you'll see places that are really overstocked for the amount of rainfall and forage production. Whereas what we do is in what we call managed intensive grazing with the cattle, it is managed and it is intensive to be there every day doing it. But it allows you to stock a higher density or a higher number of head on the farm.
