Colliding Black Hole Collision Could Give Us Other Kinds of Gravitational Waves
We are very sure that they do, not that they may. We just haven't heard them yet because we haven't built the equipment yet. It happens only when you have a neutron star in a black choal collision. And what is really exciting about the collision of supermassive black holes is because of where they are sitting. They sit at the centre of galaxies which are very gassy and very packed with stars.
