A lot of people with panic attacks, I get them to find a essential oil like lavender or chamomile or something that they, and carry it around with them. And then when they feel that, they can start smelling this thing, which, which A brings them into the present moment, takes them out of the panic. So we can actually use smell as a way of grounding ourselves. In some people, it works extremely well having essential oil for a panic attack. Now, so it is about trying to find what your triggers are and slowly, you know, going into those triggers and then coming out of them and going into them.
