The Origins of Kukabura

The word kangaroo comes from the Aboriginal word for a specific species of kangaroo that was found around Sydney. The next animal is koala, and again, I'm sure all of you know what a koala is. And then after patty melon we have a potteroo - spelled P-O-T-O-R-O-O-Potteroo. These guys are also marsupials but they're less closely related to wallabies and kangaroos compared to thepatty melon.
