The Importance of Seeing the Moment

I think something that really helped me and I get the sense it's what companies are looking more and more for is not necessarily what you did, but also how you did it. In my portfolio presentation, I try to preemptively answer those questions by proactively telling them about challenges I had in the project. And so yeah, I would just encourage people to not be afraid of sharing those hard moments or those challenges in your projects because I don't think it's a bad reflection on you. You're going to have those behavioral questions for you. And so how can you tell the story behind the work of how you got to those certain points or how you move forward to the next stage?
