I think there's a cognitive bias that happens here where we remember the squeaky wheel patient more than the patients who fell through the cracks and didn't get care. So when they say, well, black women are this much more likely to have a se section, what they're actually doing is perpetuating this negative feedback loop. And i think that becomes this really like nasty, self perpetuating nightmare within the medical system. Theres so many togethers, so many factors, so many that are unconscious, that are just systemic, that are built in.
