Is There a Shadow Banned Platform?

I can see both certain factions of left and right cheering for platforms to be held liable for what is prioritized by their algorithms. It's something called shadow banning. A shadow ban with the shadow part of references is that rather than suspending an account or removing content entirely they merely downgrade it in kind of algorithmic importance. And so it has a chilling effect on speech even though that was not the intent of the platform.
