We're a levered long Bitcoin company and we don't charge a fee. We generate the yield by generating cash in the enterprise software business and buying Bitcoin with it. And we generate a yield by doing a creative financing of equity or debt. There really isn't another company that is issued convertible debt, senior secure debt or equity to buyBitcoin with it.
Michael Saylor is an American entrepreneur, executive, inventor, author, and philanthropist. He is co-founder and Executive Chairman of MicroStrategy (MSTR), a publicly traded business intelligence firm he founded in 1989. Michael is an advocate for the Bitcoin Standard (www.hope.com) and is the first CEO of a publicly listed company to make a long-term investment in Bitcoin. He founded and serves as the trustee for the Saylor Academy (www.saylor.org), a non-profit organization that provides free education to people around the world.
