The SEC can kind of move the goalposts to an extent on on. Even if we sort of have some form of surveillance they can say that the market. But that's got to be I mean that's got the you can look at other markets or rather other products that were approved. Grayscale is suing the SEC saying the whole process we talked about a little bit already is you approve futures ETFs. You're from you're denying our our application. You're you're not treating like situations alike is the double way yeah and and and they point to that weird well they point to the futures being approved.
