There's three dimensions, e, they talk about contingent reward, then there's management by exception, active and management by exception passive. And the last one is just las fair leader behaviours - where leaders sort of abdicate their responsibility. So what the going in position for this paper was around transactional leadership behaviors. It seems that maybet, maybe someone's own personal desire for ar keeping themselves safe kicks in when they've got a leader that doesn't care.
