One of the biggest challenges is getting people to recognize that thoughts are a skill, if looked at as a skill. In order for me to teach you how to run and how to breathe, i have to unwind a lot of things including your belief that you know how to run,. Cause, i ko, these are natural things. I've been running since i was agin. And so i lay that out just simply to ask: Is that one of the big challenges that you all have in doing this work?
