I think everybody of the company loves the ability to be that open. I feel like people closing doors are really missing an opportunity. It may not be their responsibility to figure out our forecasting, but i do like to hear,. regardless if it's the most junior technician or the most senior architect, how this stimulus makes them feel and what they think. And i think it makes us a stronger, bigger, better, faster team.
