The Role of Tactic Knowledge in Judgment Decision Making
Coaches should talk to each other far more about the reasons behind their decisions. Coaches can become very frustrated with the idea of self-regulation and that that fits all. The PJDM is what raises the bar if you like for me as a coach. There isn't a right answer there is a series of answers which you eventually want someone to come up with an answer but that answer has got to be justifiable, he says.
